ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ถือหุ้นบริษัทจำกัดต้องใช้เอกสารอะไรบ้างค่ะ

1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้ที่จะเข้ามาเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นคนใหม่ เพื่อจัดพิมพ์ในแบบ บอจ.5 และระบุอาชีพ

2. ใบโอนหุ้น ( แนะนำว่าควรมีการจัดทำ ) เพื่อมิให้มีการฟ้องร้องกันในภายหลัง ซึ่งเป็นการลงลายมือชื่อของผู้โอนหุ้นคนเก่า และผู้รับโอนหุ้นคนใหม่ เพราะเคยมีกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ถือหุ้น โดยที่เจ้าตัวไม่ทราบเรื่อง แล้วมาฟ้องร้องกับทางบริษัท

3. แบบ บอจ.5 ( บัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น ) ฉบับเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ถือหุ้นแล้ว

4. หนังสือนำส่งบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น ต่อนายทะเบียน

5. แบบขอคัดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นฉบับใหม่ พร้อมค่าธรรมเนียม หน้าละ 50 บาท
