ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านปราสาท หมู่ที่ 6 ตำบลเชื้อเพลิง อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เป็นศาสนาสถานในชุมชน เป็นปราสาทอิฐ 3 หลัง ตั้งอยู่บนฐานศิลาแลงหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก มีคูน้ำรูปตัวยูล้อมรอบ องค์ปราสาทมีแผนผังและขนาดเท่ากันทั้งสามองค์ คือ มีแผนผังรูปสี่เหลี่ยมจัตุรัสขนาดประมาณ 4×4 เมตร มีประตูทางเข้าออกด้านหน้าเพียงด้านเดียว ทับหลังของปราสาทองค์กลางและองค์ด้านทิศเหนือสลักเป็นรูปบุคคลนั่งชันเข่าหนือหน้ากาล ส่วนทับหลังปราสาทองค์ด้านทิศใต้สลักเป็นรูปพระอินทร์ทรงช้างเอราวัณ ซึ่งปราสาทองค์ด้านทิศใต้พังทลายไปหมดสิ้นแล้ว แม้ว่าศิวลึงค์และทับหลังบางส่วนจะหายไป แต่จากเศษทับหลังที่เก็บรักษาไว้ในพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติพิมาย ทำให้ทราบว่าปราสาทหลังนี้คงสร้างขึ้นราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 16
