อยู่ห่างจากที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติประมาณ 41 กิโลเมตร เป็นน้ำตกขนาดเล็ก สูงประมาณ 8 เมตร เกิดจากลำห้วยท่าโลงไหลตกลงจากเพิงหน้าผาเป็นช่องโพรงอันเกิดจากการกัดเซาะของน้ำตามธรรมชาติ ลักษณะของโพรงมองดูคล้ายรูปพระจันทร์ครึ่งเสี้ยว มีเส้นผาศูนย์กลางประมาณ 2 เมตร ก่อนไหลลงสู่ลำน้ำโขง
