ผู้รับจ้างจะส่งใบตอบรับหรือใบปฏิเสธคำสั่งซื้อทันทีที่ได้รับใบสั่งซื้อแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างทางไปรษณีย์ ,โทรสาร , E-mail หากผู้รับจ้างไม่สามารถจัดส่งใบตอบรับหรือใบปฏิเสธดังกล่าวภายในระยะเวลา 3 วัน ให้ถือว่าผู้รับจ้างได้ตอบตกลงรับใบสั่งซื้อนั้น
