มติที่ประชุม ประธานเสนอที่ประชุมได้พิจราณาดังนี้
1. หุ้นส่วนนางจันทร์ฉาย มะระโช ได้รับค่าตอบแทนเดือนละ 12,000.- (หนึ่งหมื่นสองพันบาท)
