การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่นตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครู สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t – test (Independent Samples)
