๑. สินค้าตกหล่น หรือเกิดจากการ กระแทก อันเป็นเหตุให้สินค้านั้นเกิดการแตกหักเสียหายภายใน
๒. สินค้าดังกล่าวนั้นตกน้ำ เปียกน้ำ มีคราบกาแฟ หรือของเหลวอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นเหตุให้สินค้านั้นเกิดการเสียหายภายใน ซึ่งไม่สามารถมองเห็นได้จากสภาพภายนอก
๓. มีรอยไหม้ ภายในตัวเครื่อง ซึ่งเมื่อได้ตรวจสอบแล้วประเมินได้ว่าเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดประเภทของสินค้า
ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมที่จะทำการชดใช้ค่าเสียหายของตัวสินค้าที่ได้ขอเปลี่ยนอันเนื่องจากการเสื่อมสภาพของตัวสินค้านั้น ในอัตราความเสียหาย ๑๕ % ข้อมูลค่าสินค้า ซึ่งข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการคิดค่าเสียหายดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นรายเดือนเสมือนหนึ่งว่าเป็นการเช่าตัวสินค้านั้น โดยนับค่าเสียหาย/ค่าเช่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ข้าพเจ้าได้มาขอเปลี่ยนกับทางบริษัทฯ จนถึงวันที่ข้าพเจ้าได้นำสินค้าดังกล่าวนั้นมาคืนให้กับทางบริษัทฯ
