สัญญานี้ถูกทำขั้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันทุกประกร พร้อมทั้งแนบผังแสดงที่ตั้งของห้องชุดไว้แล้ว คู่สัญญาทั้งสองได้อ่านข้อความในสัญญานี้เป็นที่เข้าใจดีแล้วจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อพร้อมประทับตรา (ถ้ามี) ไว้ต่อหน้าพยานเป็นสำคัญ
