บทนำ

เหตุผลและความจำเป็นของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ
การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นการเสรมสร้างทักษะและประสบการณ์ให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมสำหรับการทำงานทั้งในระหว่างที่ศึกษาและหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นการนำทฤษฏีมาสู่การปฏิบัติจริงจากการทำงานในองค์กรหรือสถานประกอบการที่เป็นมืออาชีพ ดังนั้นการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพก่อนสำเร็จการศึกษาจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่งที่จะทำให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อม รู้และเข้าใจปัญหาในการทำงาน รู้จักการปรับตัวเข้าหาคนอื่น ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาตระหนักได้ถึงในการทำงาน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจความต้องการในการทำงานที่แท้จริงของตนเองและบริษัทที่เป็นนายจ้าง
การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจะทำให้นักศึกษามีความตระหนักถึงภาระหน้าที่ที่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง สาขาวชา มหาวิทยาลัย และหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบการ และเป็นการเพิ่มทักษะ ความรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานที่แท้จริง เป็นการฝึกระเบียบวินัย ความตรงต่อเวลา ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ สามาร๔ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ และปรับตัวกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบการได้
การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพกับหน่วยงานหรือสถานประกอบการ จะช่วยให้เรียนรู้ ประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ การวางตัว การปรับตัว การแก้ปัญหา การใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับสังคม และพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษให้ดียิ่งขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์จากการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจะสอนให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าใจถึงความเป็นจริงของชีวิตการทำงานผลลัพธ์ของการปฏิบัติตัวตลอดการศึกษา ซึ่งนักศึกษาจะเติบโตเป็นบุคคลที่มีศักยภาพและสามารถอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้

วัตถุประสงค์ของการฝึกประสบการการณ์วิชาชีพ
1. สามารถนำทักษะความรู้และประสบการณ์มาใช้ได้จริงในการทำงาน
2 .เข้าใจถึงลักษณะและขอบเขตในการทำงานของหน่วยงาน
3. รู้จักแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ
4. ได้รับคำแนะนำจากบุคคลที่มีประสบการณ์ตรงในตรงในการทำงาน
5. เข้าใจปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในหารทำงาน
6. ตระหนักถึงความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ของตัวเอง
7. รู้จักนำคำตักเตือนมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขและกลับมาพัฒนาตนเองให้ดีขึ้น
8. เพื่อให้นักศึกษาฝึกทักษะในงานอาชีพตามสภาพความเป็นจริงในสถานประกอบการ
9. เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงจากการทำงานเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ
