Due to we found part damage concern

Due to we found part damage concern VMI HI-chain since E/Sep
We already claim this issue to partner (Ex-work term) but they didn’t accepted
Because they confirmed that all box are good condition
However, both MSCS and Partner don’t have photo of damage box at HI-chain before departure to STT also
So, we don’t have more evidence enough to claim , do you have any other idea ?
Could you please help to advise about this case or do you need some available time to discuss ?
