เมื่อมีการระงับการทำงานตามสัญญานี้ชั่วคราวตามสัญญาข้อ 2.6.1 (ข) ผู้ว่าจ้างจะจ่ายเงินให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเท่าที่จำเป็นตามจำนวนเงินที่คู่สัญญาจะได้ตกลงกัน
