เรียนให้ทราบว่า วันนี้ผมไม่สามารถมาเรียนได้ตามปกติเนื่องจากผมมีอาการไข้ขึ้นสูง และเจ็บคอด้วย ผมได้แนบใบรับรองแพทย์มาด้วยและขออนุญาตลาป่วยในวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2558
