The objectives of the research were to study the nutrients in Bio-extract of Silk-waste's Enzyme Ionic Plasma and to study the effect of Enzyme Ionic Plasma on seed germination of rice, Thai Pathumthani fragrant rice. Silk-waste samples were fermented and analyzed to find the quantities of nutrient; Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, pH, Electrical conductivity, Organic carbon, Organic matter and Carbon-to-Nitrogen ratio. The seed of Thai Pathumthani fragrant rice were soaked in fermented Silk-waste's Enzyme Ionic Plasma and was observed for the percentage of germination and total yield. The resulted showed that percentage of germination of soaked seed was less than the control group but the effect of Enzyme Ionic Plasma caused significant increasing result in outgrowth, yield and quality of rice. The rice total yield was increased up to 2.34% according to an increasing of photosynthesis potential which produced more essential nutrient and amino acid for rice growth.
