· Can you please confirm the size of the paper you intended this to be printed on? For example A4? A3?

· How is the paper to be folded? This will help explain the order of the text.

· Can you please number the columns of text in order of their appearance/how they read (that is column 1 -8 ) as if they were going to be printed one column to a page.
