บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสิทธิประกันสังคม ของพนักงานบริษัทและเพื่อศึกษาการเข้าถึงสิทธิประโยชน์ในการใช้ประกันสังคมของพนักงานบริษัท ยูเนี่ยนโพลีเมอร์ จำกัด ตำบลบ้านเกาะ อำเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ที่มีอาการชามือทำการทดลอง จำนวน 32 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purpossive Sampling) รูปแบบวิจัยเป็นเป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive research) และใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ นำมาแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าถึงสิทธิประโยชน์ประกันสังคมของพนักงานบริษัทบริษัท ยูเนี่ยนโพลีเมอร์ จำกัด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
