งานศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงผลกระทบและข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่มีต่อการใช้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาใน.พระอุปถัมภ์พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าโสมสวลี พระวรชายาทินัดดามาตุ เพื่อนำไปเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการให้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาใน พระอุปถัมภ์พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าโสมสวลี พระวรชายาทินัดดามาตุ จำนวน 50 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบโควต้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณ 5 ระดับ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณ โดยผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าผลกระทบในการใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย
