บทนำ

1.1 ที่มาและความสำคัญของโครงงาน
จากสภาพปัญหาเศรษฐกิจถดถอยมาตั้งแต่ปี 2540 ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนในวัยใช้แรงงานโดยทั่วไปเนื่องจากถูกเลิกจ้างงานจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบริการ แรงงานเหล่านี้ที่เดินทางกลับภูมิลำเนาเดิมและประสงค์ประกอบอาชีพการเกษตรโดยแนวทางพระราชดำรัสปรัชญา “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” แต่ปัญหาการว่างงานยังคงรุนแรงและขยายผลกระทบออกไปทั้งในสังคมเมืองส่วนกลาง และสังคมภูมิภาคด้วย จึงได้ริเริ่มจัดทำโครงการเกษตรยังชีพขึ้นเพื่อช่วยแก้ไขและรองรับปัญหาแรงงานที่ว่างงานจำนวนหนึ่งโดยภาคราชการให้การสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิตแก่ประชาชนและคนว่างงานได้ทำการเกษตรยังชีพซึ่งจะช่วยให้มีอาหารไว้เลี้ยงครอบครัวตนเองโดยใช้พื้นที่ตนเองมีอยู่เพียงเล็กน้อยให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดมีการปลูกพืชผักสวนครัวไว้ใช้บริโภคในครัวเรือน

จากพระราชดำรัสดังกล่าว ผู้จัดทำได้น้อมนำพระราชดำรัสตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มาใช้ในโรงเรียนประภัสสรรังสิต องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพัทลุง โดยเล็งเห็นถึงสภาพพื้นที่ที่ว่างจำนวนมาก เช่นพื้นที่หลังอาคารเรียน จึงได้ปลูกผักสวนครัวใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันและสามารถสร้างรายได้ให้เกิดขึ้นระหว่างเรียน
1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา
1. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้ศึกษาแนวคิด แนวปฏิบัติตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
2. เพื่อให้เกิด ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทักษะ และการเรียนรู้ การปลูกพืชสวนครัว
3. เพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้จักใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์
4. สร้างรายได้แก่ผู้ปลูกและลดรายจ่ายของครอบครัว
1.3 ขอบเขตการศึกษา
“การปลูกถั่วฟักยาว” เป็นโครงงานที่ศึกษาเพื่อนำทรัพยากรที่ใช้พื้นที่ของตนเองมีอยู่เพียงเล็กน้อยให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดมีการปลูกพืชผักสวนครัวไว้ใช้บริโภคในครัวเรือน
1.ประชากร ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6
2. ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการศึกษาและมาปฏิบัติตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 พ.ย. 2556 ถึงวันที่ 3 ธ.ค2556
