โดยจะเสนอความเห็นในที่ประชุมสามัญประจำปี
- ติดต่อร้านสะดวกซื้อมาเปิดบริเวณสโมสรด้านล่าง
- เพิ่มค่าส่วนกลางปี 2559 อัตรา 12, 15, 17 บาท/ตรว./เดือน

7.2 รายงานความเสียหายจากลมพายุฤดูร้อนวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2558
– ผู้จัดการได้รายงานความเสียหายดังนี้
- หลังคาสโมสรเปิด (แจ้งช่างซ่อมแล้ว)
- รั้วด้านทิศตะวันตกพังเสียหาย (แจ้งช่างซ่อมแล้ว)
- โรงเก็บขยะประตูและหลังคาพังเสียหาย (แจ้งช่างซ่อมแล้ว)
- รั้วด้านหน้าโครงการถูกเสาไฟฟ้ากระแทกเสียหาย (แจ้งช่างซ่อมแล้ว)
- โคมไฟรั้วด้านหน้าแตกเสียหาย (ซ่อมแล้ว)
