กรณีมีการขอเบิก เงินยืมสำรองจ่ายสำหรับการเดินทาง พนักงานจะต้องทำรายละเอียดเพื่อส่งเงินยืมสำรองจ่ายและเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด ภายใน 7 วัน นับแต่วันสิ้นสุดการเดินทาง (ใบส่งคืนเงินยืมสำรองจ่ายและเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างประเทศ)
