ทุกๆคนในวันนี้ชีวิตเร่งรีบ ตื่นเช้ามาก็ตั้งหน้าตั้งตาเรียนหนังสือ ทำงาน พอค่ำดูทีวีแล้วก็นอนหลับเป็นอย่างนี้อยู่ร่ำไป แล้วคุณค่าของชีวิตอยู่ที่ไหน ใช่อยู่ที่การทำความดี พยายามแก้ไขตัวเอง โดยใช้สติสัมปชัญญะว่าสิ่งใดเป็นสิ่งดีและไม่ดี โดยใช้จิตที่จุดญาณทวารนั้น
