กลุ่มบริษัท คิง เพาเวอร์ (อังกฤษ: King Power Group) เป็นบริษัทด้านธุรกิจค้าปลีกสินค้าปลอดอากรของไทย ก่อตั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2532 ใช้ชื่อเดิมว่า บริษัท ดาวน์ทาวน์ ดี.เอฟ.เอส (ไทยแลนด์)จำกัด ได้ร่วมทุนกับ ททท. เปิดดำเนินกิจการร้านค้าปลอดอากรในเมืองเป็นรายแรกในประเทศไทย ณ อาคารมหาทุนพลาซ่า ถนนเพลินจิต ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2536 - 2549 ได้รับสัมปทานจากการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทยเข้าบริหารร้านค้าปลอดภาษี ที่ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง ท่าอากาศยานเชียงใหม่ ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต และท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น บริษัท คิง เพาเวอร์ แท็กซ์ฟรี จำกัด และในปี พ.ศ. 2549 ได้เข้ามาดำเนินการสินค้าปลอดอากร ที่ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ [1]
