การศึกษาศิลปะนิพนธ์เรื่อง ตู้ปลาประดับกระจก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้ารูปแบบของตู้ไม้ รู้ทรงของตู้ปลาและลวดลายของกระจกของไทย เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์กับงานตู้ปลาเครื่องเรือนในปี พ.ศ. 2557 ให้มีคุณค่าความเป็นหัตถกรรมของไทยด้วยการประดับกระจกสี
ผู้ศึกษาศิลปนิพนธ์ ได้ดำเนินการศึกษาตามขั้นตอนดังนี้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของรูปแบบของตู้ไม้ รูปทรงของตู้ปลาและลวดลายของกระจก วิเคราะห์แบบ ร่างแบบ ออกแบบและกำหนดขนาดของลวดลายกระจกให้เหมาะสมกับชิ้นงาน สร้างโครงสร้างส่วนเครื่องเรือนไม้ สั่งทำตู้ปลาตามขนาด ตัดกระจกและประดับกระจกในส่วนที่กำหนดไว้ โดยคลุมโทนของสีให้เป็นโทนเย็นให้สอดคล้องกับการเคลื่อนไหวของปลาในน้ำ
ผลการศึกษาศิลปะนิพนธ์ครั้งนี้ คือ ตู้ปลาประดับกระจก 1 ชิ้น ส่วนฐานของตู้ปลาจะเป็นส่วนของเครื่องเรือนไม้ลักษณะเป็นตู้เก็บของมีประตูเปิด มีชั้นใส่ของข้างใน ข้างบนจะเป็นตู้ปลารูปทรงจัตุรัส และมีการประดับกระจกส่วนของตูไม้ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านหน้า ด้านข้าง 2 ด้าน ส่วนฐานรองตู้ปลาและฝาปิดตู้ปลา เพื่อความสวยความของตู้ไม้โดยยึดหลักความเป็นศิลปหัตถกรรมของไทยเป็นที่ตั้ง
