ABSTRACT
ZnO particles were successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method using zinc nitrate and sodium, hydroxide. The as-synthesized precipitates were calcined at 200-400 C for 4 h in air ambient. The zinc particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD).Post calcinations process results indicated that the hexagonal wurtzite phase can be prepared using calcinations temperature.
