สยามกรีน ชริป์ เราคือตัวแทนของเกษตรคนเลี้ยงกุ้งยุคใหม่ ที่มุ่งมั่นจะผลิตกุ้งกุลาดำ และอาหารทะเลสดๆ ที่มีคุณภาพ ตามมาตราฐาน ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นกระบวนการเลี้ยง จนไปถึงมือของผู้บริโภคโดยตรง และยังสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้ในทุกๆขั้นตอน ประหนึ่งผู้บริโภคเป็นคนเลี้ยงเอง เพื่อให้ผู้บริโภคสามารถมั่นใจได้ถึงกุ้งกุลาดำที่ สด สะอาด ปลอดภัยไร้สารตกค้าง และมีคุณภาพสูงสุด พร้อมไปกับการให้ความสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยคำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม ความปลอดภัยในอาหาร ด้วยเป้าหมายในการสร้างธุรกิจให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ต่อเนื่องตลอดไป ดังสโลแกน ที่ว่า กุ้งที่เราเลี้ยง เพื่อคนที่เรารัก
ก่อนหน้าที่จะมาเป็น สยามกรีน ชริมป์ เรามาจากเกษตรกรคนเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำ กลุ่มเล็กๆ ในนามกลุ่มคนรักกุ้งกุลาดำฝั่งอันดามัน และหลังจากนั้น เราได้รวมตัวกันและเปิดตัวกันในนาม คลัสเตอร์กุ้งกุลาดำ เมื่อปี 2557 โดยมี ท่านนิวัติ อธิบดีกรมประมง มาเปิดงานของกลุ่มอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยคลัสเตอร์กุ้งกุลาดำได้ดำเนินต่อเนื่องมา โดยเป็นกิจกรรมหลักของกลุ่ม 7 ห่วง อันดามัน โดยมีสมาชิกอยู่ใน 6 จังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน
เป้าหมายและพันธกิจของคลัสเตอร์กุ้งกุลาดำ คือ บริหาร ประสานงานในภาพใหญ่ของกุ้งกุลาดำที่เหลือปริมาณการเลี้ยงไม่มากนัก เพื่อรวบรวมสมาชิกให้เป็นกลุ่มเด่นชัด นัดพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ และร่วมกันวางแผนงานทั้งการเลี้ยง และการตลาดด้วยกัน และกลุ่มเรายังมีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน เรายังร่วมกันทำหนังสือข้อตกลง "การผลิตกุ้งกุลาดำคุณภาพ อย่างยั่งยืน" ดังนี้ คือ

ปัจจุบันได้มีสมาชิกร่วมลงนามแล้ว กว่่า 50 ฟาร์ม
ในส่วนของ สยามกรีน ชริมป์ เราจัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อ ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการตลาด และหาทางออก ให้กับเกษตรกรคนเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำคุณภาพ อย่างยั่งยืน ให้ได้มีตลาดที่สามารถ จะนำกุ้งกุลาดำคุณภาพ สิ่งดีๆ ที่เราตั้งใจ ใส่ใจผลิตกุ้งกุลาดำของเรา ส่งไปถึงมือของผู้บริโภคได้โดยตรง
