กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีของในแต่ละคณะ จำนวน 392 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้คณะในการแบ่งเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็นสามส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี และข้อเสนอแนะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ วิธีร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม Excel
