แต่แท้ที่จริงแล้ว การคอรัปชั่นนั้นส่งผลต่อเราโดยตรง เพราะเงินที่ถูกทุจริตไปเป็นเงินจากภาษีของเราทุกคน โดยปัญหาคอรัปชั่นที่พบได้มากในประเทศไทย คือนักการเมืองโกงเงินภาษีพัฒนาประเทศ และ การใช้เส้นสายในการเข้าทำงาน

ปัญหานักการเมืองโกงภาษี เป็นปัญหาที่พบกันมาอย่างยาวนาน เพราะนักการเมืองขาดจิตสำนึกต่อส่วนรวม ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ซึ่งปัญหานี้เป็นปัญหาที่ทำให้ประเทศไม่สามารถพัฒนาไปข้างหน้าได้

อีกปัญหาคือ ปัญหาการที่ การใช้เส้นสายเข้าทำงาน ซึ่งส่งผลให้ ไม่มีคนที่มีความสามารถเข้ามาช่วยในการพัฒนาประเทศ
