1)เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพา ด้วยเทคนิค Responsive Web Design 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 3)เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพา วิชา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สำหรับนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 จำนวน 30 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม โดยใช้แบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพา ที่ได้ทำขึ้น แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน
