สิ่งที่พี่อยากจะฝากถึงน้องๆก่อนที่จะมาฝึกงานคือ สิ่งแรกพี่อยากให้น้องๆเปิดใจ อย่าพึ่งไปคิดเองว่าจะต้องเป็นแบบนั้นอย่าไปคาดหวังกับสิ่งที่ยังมาไม่ถึงอย่าคิดไปเองเพราะถ้าน้องๆไม่คาดหวังสิ่งที่น้องจะได้รับทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างมันจะล้วนเป็นประโยชน์กับตัวของเราเอง ให้น้องๆอยู่กับปัจจุบัน ให้น้องทำใจให้กลางๆและสิ่งที่อยากจะฝากคือเวลาเข้าไปในที่เราฝึกงานเราต้องไม่เข้าข้างหรืออยู่ฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งกับพี่ๆที่ทำงานรู้จักวางตัวกับทุกคนให้เท่าเทียบกัน รักษาเวลาการตรงต่อเวลาและมีวินัยกับตัวเองสม่ำเสมอเวลาจะลางานหรือมีธุระอะไรให้แจ้งพี่ที่ดูแลเราตลอดรู้จักเกรงใจ ไม่รู้อะไรให้ถามและขอคำแนะนำ พูดอะไรให้เรารับฟังโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆสิ่งไหนที่ดีให้เราเก็บมันไว้ใช้ส่วนสิ่งไหนที่ไม่ดีก็ใช้เตือนตัวเองว่าเราจะไม่ทำมันแต่เราจะไม่แสดงอาการใดๆ เพราะเราเป็นแค่นักศึกษาฝึกงานนั่นคือสิ่งที่จะเตือนใจพี่เสมอว่า ทุกสิ่งที่เราเจอล้วนเป็นสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าและพี่จะเก็บเกี่ยวมันให้ได้มากที่สุด ไม่คิดลบหรือคิดท้อเวลาเจอปัญหาแต่ให้เราอดทนและเข้มแข็ง เพราะสิ่งที่เราเจอในวันนี้มันจะทำให้เราเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ขึ้นจากเดิม มันไม่สำคัญว่าสิ่งที่เราได้ทำเป็นตรงกับสิ่งที่เราเรียนมาหรือไม่ แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญคือ เราจะเก็บเกี่ยวอะไรจากการที่มาฝึกงานครั้งนี้ให้ได้มากที่สุดและให้เป็นประโยชน์กับเราในการใช้ชีวิตในโลกแห่งความจริง สิ่งสำคัญอีกอย่างคือ ให้เรารู้จักนอบน้อมกับทุกคนไม่ว่าจะเป็นยามหรือแม่บ้านเราไม่ควรแบ่งชนชั้นวรรณะ แล้วสิ่งนี้แหละจะทำให้เราได้อะไรเยอะแยะมากมายจากระยะเวลาที่เราได้มีโอกาสมาแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในที่ทำงานนี้ ขอเพียงให้น้องๆอดทนแล้วผลที่ได้มันจะดีกับตัวเราเอง
