เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2557 กระทรวงการคลังได้ประกาศให้มูลนิธิฯ เป็นองค์การหรือสถานสาธารณะกุศลลำดับที่ 865 ตามประกาศกระทรวงการคลัง ว่าด้วยภาษีเงินได้และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ฉบับที่ 587) ซึ่งมูลนิธิได้รับสิทธิยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล สำหรับเงินได้พึงประเมินประจำปี พ.ศ. 2557 เป็นต้นไป และได้รับสิทธิยกเว้นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มสำหรับมูลค่าของฐานภาษีของผู้ประกอบการในเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2557 เป็นต้นไป
