กองทุนจะลงทุนในหรือมีไว้ซึ่งตราสารแห่งทุนของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และ/หรือตลาดหลักทรัพย์เอ็มเอไอ และ/หรือตลาดรองอื่นๆ ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยเฉลี่ยในรอบปีบัญชีไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 ของมูลค่าทรัพย์สินสุทธิของกองทุน โดยกองทุนจะเน้นลงทุนในบริษัทที่มีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ สิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล (Environmental, Social and Governance: ESG) โดยรายชื่อหุ้นของบริษัทที่มีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่กองทุนจะลงทุนจะเป็นบริษัทที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกและประกาศโดยสถาบันที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และ/หรือ
