ข้อ 2. สโมสร ตกลงจะจ่ายค่าจ้างให้นักกีฬา ดังนี้
2.1 ค่าจ้างเป็นรายเดือนๆ ละ 20,000.- บาท ( สองหมื่นบาทถ้วน ) หากทำการฝึกซ้อมครบตามวันซ้อมที่กำหนดไว้ โดยกำหนดจ่ายค่าจ้างทุกวันที่ 5 ของเดือนถัดไป
2.2 ค่าเบี้ยฝึกซ้อมตามที่ไปฝึกซ้อม วัน - บาท ( - ) โดยกำหนดจ่ายทุกวันที่ 15 ขอเดือนถัดไป

ข้อ 3. นักกีฬาขอรับรองว่า

ข้อ 4. สโมสร...

ข้อ 4. สโมสร มีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันที และไม่ต้องจ่ายเงินหรือค่าตอบแทนใดๆ ให้กับนักกีฬาในกรณีต่อไปนี้

4.4 ก่อการทะเลาะวิวาท หรือยุแหย่ ให้เกิดความแตกแยก หรือสร้างความขัดแย้งให้เกิดขึ้นในหมู่นักกีฬา
4.5 ไม่ให้เกียรติแก่ผู้ฝึกสอน หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ทีม หรือผู้บริหารทีม หรือผู้บริหารของสโมสร
ข้อ 5. การย้าย หรือการลาออกสโมสร นักกีฬาจะต้องจัดทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามสัญญา และต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากสโมสรก่อน โดยสโมสรมีสิทธิเรียกเงินชดเชยการโอนย้าย หรือการลาออกจากนักกีฬาได้
ข้อ 6. หากนักกีฬาปฏิบัติผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งในสัญญานี้ นักกีฬายินยอมชดใช้เบี้ยปรับให้แก่สโมสรเป็นจำนวนเงิน 30,000 บาท ( สามหมื่นบาทถ้วน) และหากมีความเสียหายเกิดขึ้นแก่สโมสร นักกีฬายินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นแก่สโมสร อีกต่างหากด้วย
ข้อ 7. ทั้งสองฝ่าย ได้เข้าใจในสัญญาฉบับนี้ตรงกันว่า สโมสรมีฐานะเป็น “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” (ผู้จ้างทำงาน) “นักกีฬา” เป็นผู้รับจ้าง (รับจ้างทำงาน) มีความผู้พันในความสำเร็จทางการฝึกซ้อม – แข่งขันกีฬาตามนโยบายของสโมสรเท่านั้น และตกลงถือปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของสโมสรที่มีอยู่แล้วในขณะนี้ หรือที่จะมีขึ้นภายหน้า หากนักกีฬาผิดสัญญาข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง สโมสรมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายเงิน หรือค่าตอบแทนใดๆ ให้กับนักกีฬา
