การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านออกเสียง ร ล และศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านออกเสียง ร ล ของนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมายระหว่างก่อนและหลังใช้ชุดฝึก ซึ่งมีวิธีการและขั้นตอนในการวิจัย ดังนี้ ประชากรที่ทำการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่๕/๑๑ ภาคเรียนที่ ๑ ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๗ ของโรงเรียนปทุมเทพวิทยาคาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย ซึ่งมีจำนวน ๑๐ คน และเป็นนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาในเรื่องการอ่านออกเสียงพยัญชนะ ร ล ไม่ถูกต้อง ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในระหว่างวันที่ ๑๖-๒๐ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๗ โดยใช้เวลาในการทำการฝึกให้กับนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมายในคาบเรียนที่ ๙ ของวันจันทร์ถึง วันศุกร์ เป็นเวลา ๑ สัปดาห์ โดยใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านออกเสียงที่สร้างขึ้นจำนวน ๔ ชุด และให้นักเรียนทำการทดสอบก่อนเรียน ก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติจากชุดฝึก และเริ่มทำการฝึกตั้งแต่ชุดฝึกที่ง่ายไปหาชุดฝึกที่ยาก มีการวัดผลระหว่างการทำกิจกรรมเป็นระยะ และวัดผลการฝึกทักษะการอ่านออกเสียงทุกชุดฝึก จากนั้นให้นักเรียนทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนและบันทึกผลลงในตารางบันทึกผลที่สร้างขึ้น เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสถิติก่อนใช้และหลังใช้ชุดฝึก ในการฝึกนักเรียนสนใจและให้ความร่วมมือดีมาก บางคนมาขอฝึกก่อนเวลาที่กำหนด บางคนเมื่อออกเสียงได้ชัดเจนแล้วก็ช่วยฝึกให้เพื่อนอีกด้วย ทำให้นักเรียนมีความมั่นใจในตัวเอง กล้าพูด กล้าแสดงออก ทำให้นักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมายมีคะแนนทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนทุกคน และการวิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกมีค่าเท่ากับ ๘๓.๒๕/๘๒.๒๐ ทำให้ผลการใช้ชุดฝึกประสบผลสำเร็จตามเกณฑ์ ๗๐/๗๐ นักเรียนทุกคนมีพัฒนาการด้านการอ่านออกเสียงพยัญชนะ ร ล ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
