ข้อ 10 ถ้าผู้เช่าประพฤติผิดล่วงละเมิดสัญญาแม้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด หรือกระทำผิดวัตถุประสงค์ข้อหนึ่งข้อใดยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิ์ที่จะเข้ายึดครอบครองสถานที่และสิ่งที่เช่าได้โดยพลับและมีสิทธิ์บอกเลิกสัญญาทันที
