การจัดทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษา สืบค้น รวบรวม สรุปองค์ความรู้ (2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลงาน ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมการสร้างเว็บเพจด้วย Html (3) เผยแพร่ผลงานสู่สาธารณะ ในเรื่องการสร้างเว็บเพจด้วยภาษา HTML ภายใต้การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง(Indepandent Study) 3 สาระคือ IS1การศึกษาค้นคว้าและสร้างองค์ความรู้ IS2 การสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ IS3 การนำองค์ความรู้ไปใช้บริการสังคม มีรูปแบบการดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) กำหนดประเด็นความรู้ 2) สืบค้นความรู้จากแหล่งเรียนรู้และสารสนเทศ 3) สรุปองค์ความรู้ 4) สื่อสารและนำเสนอ 5) บริการสังคม
