1. หัวหน้าชุมชนควรจัดกิจกรรมที่สามา

5. ควรจัดตั้งเป็นโครงการที่ให้ความรู้เฉพาะแก่ หัวหน้าครัวเรือน ทั้งในเรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพจิต การเสริมสร้างทักษะการเข้าสังคม การสร้างทักษะต่างๆเพื่อเสริมสร้างอาชีพ และสามารถนำไปประกอบอาชีพได้จริง เพื่อหารายได้ให้กับครัวเรือน ทั้งการออมเงินอย่างเป็นระบบ และการจัดการกับหนี้อย่างสร้างสรรค์
6. หน่วยงานของรัฐควรมีบริการให้คำปรึกษาช่วยเหลืออย่างครอบคลุมและทั่วถึงในกรณีที่หัวหน้าครัวเรือน สมาชิกในชุมชน หรือประชาชนทั่วไปมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตหรือมีปัญหาวิกฤตต่างๆ สามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้ตลอดเวลา เพื่อลดภาวะวิกฤตและปัญหาทางด้านสุขภาพจิตได้
