After investigated return sample from consumer, we found dark color and sensory deviation in return sample. So, we checked root cause in line production. The problem might be come from gravity of bulk in filling system effect to sensory deviation in Finish product.

Study about proper of filling time during fill bulk to finish product for prevent sensory deviation in FG.
