     ในการจัดตั้งได้อาศัยงบประมาณที่อาจารย์เพชรตะบองได้จัดหามาจากหลายที่และชาวบ้านช่วยเหลือกันจนก่อตั้งได้และมีทางองค์การ บริหารส่วนตำบลเขาแก้วสนับสนุนมาบ้างเป็นครั้งคราวและปัจจุบันทางองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาแก้วก็จัดสร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทดำขึ้น ที่คุ้มเหนือเช่นกัน

     หมู่บ้านวัฒนธรรมไทดำบ้านนาป่าหนาดเป็นหมู่บ้านที่มีลักษณะเป็นหมู่บ้านสาธิต ความเป็นไทดำทั้งหมดไม่ว่าจะเป็นกิจกรรม หรือการ ดำเนินชีวิตต่าง ๆ ของชาวไทดำ ให้ผู้ที่เข้าเยี่ยมชมได้เห็นภาพจริง
