ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ตามเกณฑ์ 70/70 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้พัฒนาทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียน
ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ได้เรียนรู้ตามแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองญาติ ต.หนองญาติ อ.เมือง จ.นครพนม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2
ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 10 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Samplings) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน
5 แผน มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 91.00/90.00 และค่าดัชนีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 0.7634 2) แบบฝึกทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษอังกฤษ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 10 คน ต่อการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ สรุปเป็นตาราง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีขึ้น มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่ดีขึ้น โดยนักเรียน จำนวน 10 คน มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 91.00/90.00 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ มีดัชนีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 0.7634 ซึ่งหมายความว่า นักเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียน เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 76.34 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการทำกิจกรรม
การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนแบบบูรณาการ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ̅ = 4.28)
