บริษัทปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจซิเมนต์จะต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของใบอนุญาต
สัมปทาน ตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังต่อไปนี้
1) เงื่อนไขตามกฎหมายแร่
1.1) ชำระเงินผลประโยชน์พิเศษเพื่อประโยชน์แก่รัฐ เพื่อตอบแทนการอนุญาตสัมปทาน โดยชำระใน
