สวัสดีค่ะดิฉํนเป ดิฉันคิดว่าการที่ฉันจะได้รับโอกาสนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ดีต่อตัวดิฉันและชุมชนเป็นอย่างมาเพื่อเปิดทัศนคติในมุมมองต่างๆเพิ่มมากขึ้น
ดิฉันเติบโตมาในครอบครัวที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดสุโขทัย นั่นก็คือศรีสัชนาลัยหนึ่งในอำเภอที่มีชื่อเสียงของจังหวัดสุโขทัย ทั้งด้านสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวมากมายทั้งโบราณสถาน และโบราณวัตถุ เช่น Si Satchanalai Historical Park and Sukhothai is most renowned for its Sangkhalok pottery ร่วมไปถึงหัตกรรมพื้นบ้าน เช่น ทองโบราณ เงินโบราณ และผ้าทอ Teen Jok cloth วิถีชีวิตเหล่าล้วนสะสมมาในตัวดิฉัน ร่วมไปถึงครอบครัวที่อบรมสั่งสอนให้รู้ทั้งด้านถูกและผิดด้วยวัฒนธรรมประเพณีต่างๆจากตัวชุมชน ถึงดิฉันจะไม่เก่งในทุกๆด้านแต่ดิฉันสามารถถ่ายทอดวัฒนธรรมและประสบการ์ณต่างๆที่สะสมมาในตัวดิฉันให้คนอื่นได้รับรู้ ดิฉันอาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนแบบกึ่งเมืองชื่อว่า ตำบลท่าชัย หนึ่งในอำเภอศรีสัชนาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านการทำทองโบราณ และเงินโบราณนั่นคือธุรกิจชุมชนที่สร้างรายได้ให้แก่คนในชุมชน แต่ในด้านความเป็นจริงชุมชนยังสามารถพัฒนาให้มากกว่านี้ได้ในอนาคต และสามารถเป็นจุดขายให้แก่ตำบลรวมไปถึงการขยายเศษฐกิจรอบๆชุมชนให้พัฒนายิ่งขึ้น ด้วยการที่ตำบลท่าชัยล้วนมีทรัพยากรที่เพียบพร้อมทั้งในด้านบุคลากร และทรัพยากรสิ่งแวดล้อม แต่สิ่งที่ขาดคือแผนการจัดการและผู้นำที่มีศักยภาพในการด้านทำงาน และขาดบุคคลากรที่เอาจริงเรื่องการพัฒนาชุมชนและนั่นจึงเป็นเหตุผลที่ดิฉันเหมาะแก่โอกาสนี้ในการศึกษาดูงานที่สหรัฐอเมริกา หนึ่งในประเทศที่พัฒนาและเป็นผู้นำของโลก
