บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของชุมชนในการบริหารงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ชุมชนที่ใกล้พื้นที่ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 256 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่า
1. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ในการบริหารงาน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเพื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงาน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการประสานงานและด้านการประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการวางแผนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. ข้อคิดเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ในการบริหารงาน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง มีความเห็นว่าด้านการวางแผน ควรจะให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการดำเนินงานทุกครั้ง เพื่อให้ชุมชนรับทราบถึงกิจกรรมและโครงการต่างๆ ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและควรให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการปรึกษาหาแนวทางในการแก้ไข ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กเล็กในศูนย์ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากรควรให้ผู้ปกครองมีบทบาทในการนำแหล่งเรียนรู้ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้เพื่อสร้างเสริมพัฒนาการของเด็กให้มากขึ้นและควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อหาเงินทุนให้มากขึ้นการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรให้ผู้ปกครองมีบทบาทในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในและภายนอกศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมากขึ้น ควรมีการประชุมชี้แจง การปฏิบัติงานด้านการเรียนการสอนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้มากขึ้นเพื่อให้ชุมชนรับทราบถึงกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนต่างๆ ด้านการประสานงาน ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมต่างๆ ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้มากขึ้นและทั่วถึงเพื่อเพื่อให้ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมอย่างเต็มที่ ควรมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจกรรมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านการประเมินผลควรให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลการใช้งบประมาณของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เพื่อความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงานในด้านงบประมาณของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและควรให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นในรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำปีของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองทราบถึงผลการดำเนินงานในรอบปีทั้งหมด
