บทคัดย่อ

การจัดทำสิ่งประดิษฐ์อุปกรณ์เพิ่มแรงดันน้ำ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สร้างอุปกรณ์เพิ่มแรงดันน้ำ
2) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์ปั๊มน้ำ
3) เปรียบเทียบการทำงานระหว่างใช้ปั๊มน้ำธรรมดาในการจ่ายน้ำ และ จ่ายน้ำโดยผ่านตัวอุปกรณ์

วิธีดำเนินการทดสอบ มีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้การสร้างอุปกรณ์ปั๊มน้ำ คณะผู้จัดทำได้ศึกษาวัสดุ 2 ชนิด คือ ท่อ PVC และถังแก๊สเปล่า โดยเมื่อนำถังน้ำมาประดิษฐ์อุปกรณ์เพิ่มแรงดันน้ำ ผลปรากฏว่าท่อ PVC ไม่สามารถทนต่อแรงดันอากาศภายในได้ ทำให้เกิดรอยรั่วบริเวณจุดเชื่อมต่อ จึงทดลองอีกครั้งโดยนำถังแก๊สเปล่ามาประดิษฐ์ ผลที่ได้คือถังแก๊สเปล่ามีความคงทน สามารถทนต่อแรงดันอากาศภายในได้ จึงเลือกใช้ถังแก๊สเปล่าในการประดิษฐ์ในครั้งนี้การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์เพิ่มแรงดันน้ำ และ เปรียบเทียบการทำงานระหว่างใช้ปั๊มน้ำธรรมดาในการจ่ายน้ำ และ จ่ายน้ำโดยผ่านตัวอุปกรณ์ คณะผู้จัดทำได้ทดลอง 2 ครั้ง โดยทดลองโดยการจ่ายน้ำจากปั๊มน้ำผ่านอุปกรณ์เพิ่มแรงดันน้ำ และทดลองโดยจ่ายน้ำจากปั๊มน้ำโดยตรง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่สูญเสียไประหว่างใช้งานปั๊มน้ำผ่านอุปกรณ์และไม่ผ่านอุปกรณ์ พบว่าเมื่อจ่ายน้ำจากปั๊มน้ำผ่านเข้าอุปกรณ์จะทำให้มีแรงดันน้ำเพิ่มขึ้น เนื่องจากมีการอัดอากาศและดันออกมาจากภายในตัวถัง และพบว่าช่วยลดกระแสไฟฟ้าในการทำงานของเครื่องปั๊มน้ำได้
