บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุแระสงค์สร้าง ความรู้และอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมไทย ศึกษาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้สร้าง Microsoft Word ศึกษาการจัดทำโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์
ผลการศึกษาและจัดทำโครงงานพบว่า การตัวแป้งต้องนวดแป้งโดย ค่อยๆใส่ส่วนผสมของน้ำตาล น้ำใบเตย และกะทิที่ละน้อย จนหมด ตัวขขนมจะเหนียวส่วนหน้าขนมต้องหวาน เค็ม มันกะทิ
เลือกถ้วยที่มีเนื้อละเอียด ผิวเรียบ เนื้อไม่หนา ถ้วยจะร้อยเร็ว
