การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าต่อการบริการของ ห้างสรรพสินค้า Top Super Market ในด้านต่างๆ3ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านสถานทีบริการ ด้านพนักงานบริการ ด้านกระบวนการและการให้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ ลูกค้าทั่วไปที่มาใช้บริการของ ห้างสรรพสินค้า จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ independent sample t-test One way ANOVA และ Pearson Chi-square ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นเพศหญิงที่มีอายุระหว่าง 26-35 ปี สถานภาพสมรสแล้ว ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการศึกษาที่อยู่ระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพค้าขาย และ เจ้าของกิจการจำนวนมากที่สุด มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน คือ 5,001-10,000 บาท
2.การใช้บริการในภาพรวมมีผู้มาใช้บริการในวันจันทร์มากที่สุด ส่วนช่วงแวลาที่มาใช้บริการมากที่สุดคือ 8.30 – 10.30 และมีจำนวนครั้งจำนวนครั้งที่มาใช้ต่อเดือนมากที่สุด คือ 1-3 ครั้งต่อเดือนในภาพรวมผู้ที่มาใช้บริการ มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าความพึงพอใจด้านกระบวนการและการให้บริการ ด้านพนักงาน และด้านสถานที่ มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน
3.ในด้านกระบวนการและการให้บริการนั้นมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรกเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความรวดเร็วในการบริการ การจัดอันดับในการบริการส่วนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด3อันดับเรียงจากน้อยไปหามาก ได้แก่ การเสนอความผลิตภัณฑ์ จำนวนช่องบริการ และจำนวนพนักงานให้บริการถูกค้า
4.ด้านพนักงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจจากมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ 1.พนักงานแต่งกายที่สะอาดเรียบร้อย ผู้จัดการสาขามีความน่าเชื่อถือและน่าไว้วางใจ พนักงานมีความซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้า ส่วนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด 3 อันดับ เรียงจากน้อยไปหามากได้แก่ พนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นในการให้บริการ การตรงต่อเวลาของพนักงาน และ พนักงานให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำถูกต้อง
5.ความพึงพอใจในด้านสถานที่นั้นมีค่าความเฉลี่ยมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดเรียงอันดับ จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ สถานที่มีความสะอาดสวยงาม การจัดสถานที่ภายในเป็นสัดส่วนมีระเบียบ และการรักษาความปลอดภัย ส่วนที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด3อันดับเรียงจากน้อยไปหามาก ได้แก่ สถานที่จอดรถเพียงพอ มีน้ำดื่มบริการขณะใช้บริการ และมีที่นั่งรอรับบริการเพียงพอกับลูกค้า
