1. สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาของการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระแก้ว ในภาพรวมการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผนดำเนินการ เป็นด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ส่วนด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผน การตรวจสอบและประเมินผล และด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไขและพัฒนา มีการปฏิบัติต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 100 ทุกด้าน ส่วน สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงาน พบว่า ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุด คือ การส่งต่อ ส่วนปัญหาของระบบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระแก้ว พบว่า ทุกด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีปัญหาสูงสุด คือ ด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผน และด้านที่มีปัญหาต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการตรวจสอบและประเมินผล สำหรับปัญหาในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระแก้ว พบว่า ทุกด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของปัญหามากที่สุด คือด้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ไข และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล
