ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากัน โดยมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 2. ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงซื้อขายรถยนต์ตามสัญญานี้ ซึ่งยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มในราคาทั้งสิ้นจำนวน…………………บาท (...................................................................)

ข้อ 3. ผู้ซื้อตกลงชำระราคาซื้อขายรถยนต์ให้แก่ผู้ขายทั้งจำนวนเป็นเงินสด ณ ................................................. โดยผู้ขายได้รับไว้ครบถ้วนเรียบร้อยแล้วในวันทำสัญญานี้

ข้อ 4. ผู้ขายตกลงส่งมอบรถยนต์ให้กับผู้ซื้อ และผู้ซื้อตกลงรับมอบรถยนต์จากผู้ขายในสภาพเรียบร้อยตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้ซื้อทุกประการ และให้ถือว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ในรถยนต์ได้โอนให้กับผู้ซื้อเรียบร้อยแล้วในวันทำสัญญานี้

ข้อ 5. ผู้ซื้อตกลงจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อเจ้าของรถยนต์ในสมุดคู่มือทะเบียนรถยนต์ด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ซื้อเองทั้งสิ้น โดยผู้ขายได้จัดทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการดังกล่าวมอบให้ผู้ซื้อเรียบร้อยแล้วในวันทำสัญญานี้

ทั้งนี้ ในระหว่างที่ผู้ซื้อดำเนินการตามวรรคแรก หากผู้ซื้อกระทำการใด ๆ หรือยินยอมให้บุคคลภายนอกกระทำการใด ๆ ที่มีผลให้ผู้ขายได้รับความเดือดร้อน หรือได้รับความเสียหาย ผู้ขายมีสิทธิที่จะเรียกค่าเสียหายจากผู้ซื้อได้ทันที

ข้อ 6. การบอกกล่าว ทวงถาม หรือส่งเอกสารใด ๆ อันพึงมีไปยังคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งตามภูมิลำเนาที่ปรากฏในสัญญานี้ ให้ถือว่าเป็นการส่งโดยชอบ และคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายได้ทราบแล้วใน วันที่คำบอกกล่าว หรือเอกสารนั้น ๆ พึงไปถึงตามปกติ

สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับ มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ทราบและเข้าใจข้อความโดยตลอดดีแล้ว เห็นว่าตรงตามเจตนาของตน จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อ และประทับตรา (ถ้ามี) ไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน และต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
