ได้ เหมาบริการ เครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร โคนิก้า มินอลต้า หมายเลขเครื่อง AOED043001773 กับ บริษัทท่าน รายละเอียดปรากฏตามสัญญาเหมาบริการเครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร “โคนิก้า มินอลต้า”เลขที่ 6824005610095 ฉบับลงวันที่ 29 เดือน ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2556 ซึ่งต่อไปจะเรียกว่า “สัญญา” นั้น เนื่องจากข้าพเจ้าดำเนินกิจการโดยการขาดทุนอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้น ข้าพเจ้าต้องการที่จะขายกิจการและเดินทางไปต่างประเทศดังนั้นจึงขอบอกเลิกสัญญาข้างต้น
โดยหนังสือนี้ ข้าพเจ้าขอบอกเลิกสัญญากับ บริษัทท่าน โดยให้สัญญามีผลสิ้นสุดลงนับแต่วันที่ บริษัทท่านได้รับหนังสือฉบับนี้
