วัดเจดีย์ทอง ตั้งอยู่บนฝั่งตะวันตกของแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ตำบลคลองควาย การเดินทางใช้เส้นทางสายปทุมธานี-สามโคก ประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตรและแยกขวาเข้าวัดอีกประมาณ 500 เมตร ในวัดนี้มีเจดีย์ทรงรามัญ สร้างในสมัยต้นกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์โดยชาวมอญ เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมมอญที่เลียนแบบมาจากเจดีย์จิตตะกองของพม่า และมีพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัย สร้างขึ้นด้วยหยกขาว เป็นที่เคารพสักการะของชาวไทยรามัญ

ประวัติความเป็นมา
วัดเจดีย์ทองเป็นวัดเก่ามีมาตั้งแต่กรุงศรีอยุธยาเป็นราชธานี หลักฐานที่พบ คือ เสมาขนาดใหญ่หินทรายแดง ต่อมาสมัยกรุงธนบุรีและต้นกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ มีชาวรามัญอพยพหนีพม่าจากเมือง เมาะตะมะ โดยมีพระยารามราชบุตรเขยพระยาเจ่ง เป็นพระเจ้ามหาโยธาเป็นผู้นำ เข้ามาอยู่ทั่วเมืองสามโคก เป็นผู้ริเริ่มบูรณะและสร้างถาวรวัตถุ กุฏิศาลาขึ้นใหม่ และได้รับพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมา เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2508
