Since I spent most of the day to the class. But in the evening I spent two hours in the gym and have the time to sleep. By I go to bed at 10 o'clock and got up at six o'clock every day, so the body can function effectively.
Because I spent a lot of time in each day to study. But in the evening I spent hours in the exercise 2 .And have the time to sleep. I went to bed at 10 clock and wake up on time 6 o'clock every day. So the body can work effectively.
