จากตารางที่ 2 แสดงผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจสูตรสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพ 2 สูตรพบว่ามีผู้พึงพอใจสูตร น้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอท จำนวน 25 คนโดยเป็นเพศหญิงทุกคนชอบสูตรนี้ ทุกคนจำนวน 12 คนส่วนเพศชาย ชอบจำนวน 14 คน รวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.33 และชอบน้ำสับปะรดผสมน้ำเชื่อม จำนวน 5 คน เป็นผู้ชายจำนวน 5 คน ผู้หญิงไม่มีใครชอบสูตรที่ 2 รวม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.67 ตามลำดับ

สรุปผลโครงงาน และข้อเสนอแนะ
จาการศึกษาพบว่า
การนำสับปะรด มาจัดทำเป็นน้ำดื่มสมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ มีขั้นตอนการทำที่ซับซ้อนมีกระบวนการในการทำเพื่อให้ได้ประโยชน์มากที่สุดนั้น ต้องศึกษาจากเอกสาร หนังสือ เว็บไซต์ แล้วจึงนำความรู้นั้นมาทดลองทำ เพื่อใช้วัตถุดิบให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาครั้งนี้ให้มากที่สุด รวมถึงต้องคำนึงถึงต้นทุนในการจัดทำอย่างพอเพียงและเกิดประโยชน์ในการศึกษาสูงสุด จากการศึกษาได้ทดลองทำ 2 สูตรและนำไปให้นักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ เตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้า จำนวน 30 คนชิม โดยแบ่งเป็นเพศ หญิงและชาย เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจและการนำสมุนไพรไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในลำดับต่อไป

สรุปผลการศึกษา
น้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอทมีผู้ชอบดื่มมากกว่าสูตรน้ำสับปะรดใส่น้ำตาล เนื่องจาก มีความเป็นธรรมชาติไม่มีความหวานจากน้ำตาล และส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากไม่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำตาล ไม่ทำให้อ้วน โดยพบว่าเพศหญิงทุกคนชอบสูตรน้ำสับปะรดผสมแครอท ส่วนเพศชายบางคนชอบสูตรน้ำสับปะรดผสมน้ำเชื่อม เนื่องจากมีความอร่อยหวานหอมกว่า หลังจากได้แจกสูตรการทำน้ำสับปะรดเพื่อสุขภาพทั้ง 2 สูตร ผู้ได้รับมีความพึงพอใจมากและ สามารถนำไปใช้ทำได้จริงอันจะส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพต่อไปได้

ข้อเสนอแนะ
ควรนำสมุนไพรชนิดอื่นมาศึกษาเพิ่มเติม เพื่อส่งเสริมการทำน้ำดื่มสมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ อันจะก่อให้ประชาชนได้ดื่มน้ำที่มีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ
